Rental Conditions

Drivers must be between 23 and 65 years old.
A valid driver’s licence held for at least 1 year is required.
Only drivers listed in the rental contract are allowed to drive the vehicle.
For scooters and motorbikes:
- Up to 125cc: Greek law requires an EU A1 licence or an equivalent motorcycle licence for non-EU countries.
- Note: In Greece, an A1 motorcycle licence is mandatory for scooters over 50cc — even if your country allows 125cc with a car (B) licence.

Physical driver’s licence (no copies, photos, or digital versions accepted).
Identity card or passport.
Debit or credit card in the renter’s name or in the name of the second person who will be present at pick-up.

Minimum rental period: 1 day (24 hours).
Fuel policy: “Same to same” — return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pick-up.

Pick-up at our office in Emporeio or at your hotel is free of charge.
Pick-up or drop-off at the port or airport is subject to an additional fee of €10.
Delivery to Oia is not available.

The renter must drive according to Greek traffic laws and be familiar with local regulations.
All traffic fines and expenses during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.
Transportation of the vehicle outside Santorini (including by ferry) is NOT allowed.

Basic third-party insurance is included in the rate.
24-hour roadside assistance is provided.
Damages caused by negligence, off-road use, or law violations are NOT covered by insurance.
